1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Together with similar technologies, they store small amounts of information that can be read back later — for example, to keep you signed in, remember a preference, or help protect a form submission. This Cookie Policy uses "cookies" broadly to refer to cookies and the related technologies described below.

2. Technologies we may use

Depending on the page and feature, NoazRX may use:

  • Cookies — small files set by the website or trusted services;
  • Local storage — browser storage that persists until cleared;
  • Session storage — browser storage cleared when the session ends;
  • Pixels / tags — small markers used for measurement, where applicable;
  • Server logs — records of requests used for reliability and security; and
  • Device / browser identifiers — used where needed for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we use them

We use these technologies to support:

  • essential site functionality;
  • login and session security;
  • fraud and bot prevention;
  • contact-form abuse prevention;
  • remembering user preferences;
  • analytics and performance measurement;
  • debugging and reliability; and
  • ongoing service improvement.

4. Cookie categories

We group the technologies we use into the categories below. The table summarizes each category, what it is for, typical examples, and whether it can be disabled.

Category Purpose Examples Can disable?
Strictly necessary Security, page operation, authentication, form protection, and remembering essential settings. Session tokens, CSRF/anti-abuse tokens, load-balancing, essential preferences. No — required for the site to work securely.
Functional / preferences Remember choices such as selected region, dashboard state, or accepted notices. Region selection, UI state, "notice dismissed" flags. Yes — via your browser or cookie controls.
Analytics / performance Understand page usage, performance, errors, and navigation patterns. Aggregate page views, performance timing, error reporting. Yes — where offered.
Security / fraud prevention Rate limiting, abuse detection, bot prevention, and session protection. Bot-challenge tokens, rate-limit counters, anomaly signals. No — treated as necessary for protection.
Marketing / communications Limited marketing measurement on public pages where enabled. Campaign attribution tags (only where activated). Yes — where used, you can control them.

NoazRX may use limited marketing cookies on public pages only where enabled. Where they are used, you can control them through your browser settings or any cookie controls we provide.

5. Authenticated portals

Pharmacy, DSP, driver, vendor, lab, hospital, and organization portals may use session storage, local storage, and security tokens to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect access to your account. These are treated as strictly necessary for the operation and security of the portals.

6. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking cookies or clearing stored data. Most browsers let you manage these controls from their privacy or security settings.

Please note that if you block or delete essential cookies and storage, some functionality — such as staying signed in or submitting protected forms — may stop working correctly.

7. Do Not Track and consent

Browser-based controls, including "Do Not Track" signals, may be used to express your preferences. Where required, NoazRX will present consent controls for optional categories. Essential and security cookies cannot be disabled through a consent control because they are needed for the security and operation of our services.

8. Third-party services

Where used on public pages, third-party services such as mapping, analytics, hosting, security, or communications tools may set their own cookies or process limited technical data on our behalf. These are kept general and are described further in our Privacy Policy. Security and anti-bot checks in contact and verification flows may involve third-party security tooling and are treated as necessary for platform protection.

9. Updates

NoazRX may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date shown at the top of this page.
